Quality Control

Your vehicle will be quality checked 99% of the time by Graham himself prior to collection. We always apply that if we wouldn't be happy with the repair on our car, we'd certainly not be happy with it for you.

Well organised workshop

We operate a well organised workshop with 'a place for everything, and everything in it's place'. The team take pride in working in clean, tidy surroundings (although I'm sure you'll forgive some mess in a garage) and therefore you can rest assured that your vehicle is in safe hands.

We also operate to Lean standards, having undertaken a Lean 5S reorganisation in Spring 2020.

Courtesy Cars - We have 2 courtesy cars, an automatic and a manual for customers over 25 years old.


Collections - As part of our personal service we offer a collection service in circumstances that require it, it's important to us that everyone is cared for and we appreciate it can be challenging for some to arrange the necessary transport.


Safety & Pride

It is important to us that our staff, customers and customer vehicles are safe at all times. All body work is undertaken in a fully compliant, safe environment. We operate to all health and safety standards and our staff have ongoing training, coupled with continuous investment in our facilities.

Your vehicle is in safe hands

Be assured from drop off to collection we will ensure your vehicle is looked after as if in your own garage. Appropriate coverings will be put on interior trims prior to any of the team moving your vehicle and for added protection we now cover steering wheels and gear sticks. If panels are removed which expose the interior of your car, appropriate protection will be applied. We have full insurance and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Fair Pricing

We follow industry standards in our pricing and provide detailed, transparent estimates showing the breakdown of your job. We kindly ask that you don't haggle, if we were to give a reduction it would mean we hadn't given a fair price to start with.

If you do have an estimate from another garage you'd like to share we'll happily use this as a comparison as it can be that other garages may have proposed a different method of repair which can cause pricing differences and you're therefore not comparing like with like.
